What is an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Study?
An EIA Study is a detailed assessment of a project’s potential impact on the surrounding environment, covering air, water, soil, noise, ecology and socio-economic factors. It is prepared before a project seeks environmental clearance from the relevant pollution control board.
How do you assist with environmental clearances?
We manage the complete clearance process on your behalf — preparing the EIA report and supporting documents, liaising with the State and Central Pollution Control Boards, and handling Consent to Establish (CTE) and Consent to Operate (CTO) applications from filing through to approval.
What is an Environment Due Diligence Report?
An Environmental Due Diligence (EDD) report evaluates the environmental condition of a site or asset before a transaction. It covers past and present land use, soil and groundwater quality, contamination risk, regulatory compliance history and estimated remediation cost.
What are your laboratory services?
Our NABL-accredited laboratory tests environmental and allied parameters including water, wastewater, soil, sludge, air, noise and microbial analysis. We follow ISO/IEC 17025:2017 quality standards with calibration traceable to national standards, and issue reports accepted by SPCB and GPCB.
How do you ensure compliance with SPCB/GPCB regulations?
We track the applicable consent conditions, emission and effluent standards, and periodic return filing deadlines for our clients. Our team prepares compliance monitoring reports, manages consent amendments and liaises directly with SPCB and GPCB, keeping your facility compliant and inspection-ready year round.
